Please note that Durham Dental Implants & Cosmetic Dentistry is not enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid and has formally opted out of both programs.
New Patient Cancellation Policy
New patient consultations require a non-refundable $75 deposit. Patients who cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend their scheduled appointment will forfeit this deposit.
Payment at Time of Service
Durham Dental Implants & Cosmetic Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice, and payment is due at the time services are provided. As a courtesy, we will file dental insurance. If it is an insurance company that will pay the provider, after the initial visit, we will start accepting co-pays.
Extended Benefits on Medical Insurance
For individuals who have extended benefits on their medical insurance, we require payment for all services rendered.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss your personal insurance or financial plan, we are more than happy to assist you. Please note that we do not file medical insurance.
